I got the letter in the mail the other night and it said that the defendant was NOT GUILTY. What should I do?
I am a unlicensed driver. However I was given a simple task from my brother to move the car from the front to the garage. As I made my way into the vehicle, I strap on my seat belt and signaled my direction as I head out. I checked my mirrors for incoming vehicles, which there was a far incoming vehicle from 2 blocks. As I make my way out, that incoming vehicle sped and strucked me from my left side, making my car travel in an 180 turn and then hits the car ahead of me. The cops arrive to the scene to do their inspections. I hand over my insurance and my permit and stayed inside my vehicle. Moments later the person who has rammed into my vehicle was later arrested, due to DUI.

I agree with the attorney above, this may be their plea, do you know the court date of the other driver? Make sure you are there to testify.
