If you are in rehab in 2015 for two weeks then have to go back to rehab in 2016. Will 2016 be covered in full for the two weeks?

Mother was in rehab in January of 2015 for two weeks. Then back in rehab in January of 2016 for two weeks. Will the two weeks in 2016 be 100% covered?

This is all up to your insurance provider. A lot will depend on if they do coverage based on when your plan started or if they do calendar year. Also, they could refuse to pay for many other reasons. Contact your insurance to find out.
