Is there anything I can do about my parole officer not communicating with me about reporting and such

I was incarcerated in Missouri and got bonded out but when I called her to let her know
that I was out and she didn’t tell me to report or anything

Keep trying to call and contact your lawyer about the situation. You have a responsibility to report and track your PO down, not your PO Tracking you down.
