What are my options if any regarding such school bus violations? school bus WASN’T completely stopped yet as I was passing ?

While in Allen I was taking my daughter to school and.on coming Is a school bus and as we are passing the yellow amber lights come,and just as I’m.passing arm starts to extend, bus not even stopped yet!!!! WTF!? I understand safety but COME ON!!! Bus wasn’t even.stopped yet ! Well I’ve been ticketed….What are my options if any ?
