What should I do for my son who is 17 and was given a non traffic citation for visible intoxication.
He was on the side of the road waiting for a friend to bring a jack due to a flat tire. The cop pulled up gave him a breathalyzer he blew .02 and had his car towed and he was picked up at the sheriffs office by a friends mom. He was not arrested. He has court in September and is currently on 2 yrs probation for stealing in a plea agreement to dismiss those charges .

Hire him a good attorney is the best thing you can do. He is underage and had proof that he was drinking. This could ruin his probation so hire a good lawyer
