Can I pick up my soon-to-be step daughter?
My fiancé has 50/50 custody of his daughter. The mother is now refusing to let me pick up the child for our visitation as outlined in the court order and parenting plan. Nowhere in either document does it say that it has to be the parent picking the child up. I have been given authorization by my fiancé to pick her up.

You probably can, but I would avoid steering clear of this situation as much as possible. Spouses in divorce cases can be nasty and do all sorts of things, even illegal, to make your life a mess. Try to get them to find a middle ground or someone who can pick the daughter up.
