Said yes- number in phone in car – remember # and no call made. Two officers went to car- 1st officer stood with back to detainee while 2nd opened door and they trashed inside. Cops or tow turned over can (anticipate diesel fuel while trunk searched. According to ticket this near an intersection & roads. Stop was in parking lot.
