Response to Office of Investigation

My business received a subpoena from the office of investigations for an EBT transaction of $8.65. The investigator wants the receipt and any video surveillance. If i have video surveillance but it shows no ebt transaction and i cannot make a copy of it, what can i do? Can I not disclose?

You do not have to disclose if you invoke your 5th amendment rights. It appears you need to hire an attorney, one transaction missing begets many more.
