Should I just pay the $50 penalty and plead guilty? Is it fair?
We recently moved to Jersey City, NJ. One of the requirement so I could park my vehicle on the street legally is to have a sticker parking permit which I had done. On Tuesday of March 29, 2016, I got a violation ticket; COMPLAINT AND SUMMONS ( 332-31 STREET CLEANING). At first, it thought that the No Parking Sign on the post is just an ordinary No Parking sign. When I took a picture of it and zoom my camera, Lo, there it is. There was on it and the hours on the No Parking Signs on both streets seems like it was tampered with a white stricker or it appeared that the paint on the sticker paper, if it is, has already faded. You cannot see it at a first glance.

Depends on what your time is worth to you but most of these cases end with you paying the $50. So pay it now or most likely pay it later.
