He’s on felony probation (class d stealing related offense). He’s had no prior charges but did test dirty in his first test for alcohol, but his PO let it slide and didn’t report it. Also, in the past, he was ordered to attend AA classes for a small domestic case but was never charged with anything and still currently is going. He’s never failed a drug test before other than that and is on top of his probation the best he can be.
