Can I do anything about my neighbor who smokes on his patio?
I’ve asked my neighbor to move his smoking to another location since the smoke comes into my windows. He agreed for about 1 week. It’s clear he isn’t allowed to smoke inside. Do I have to continue to breathe in his second hand smoke. This is a condo situation.

Unless there are condo rules or city rules, then yes you do. Generally cigarette smoke is not considered enough to a nuisance to really enforce an action and you are not demonstrating a great medical need not to have it around.
