I got a speeding ticket last year on the 4th of July. Yipe. What a way to have a great holiday. My son had told me he got a speeding ticket taken care of online. I remember thinking, well that sounds shady. I pictured a shady call center who took your money and you thought the ticket was taken care of, but it really wasn't. But I asked my son for the info and emailed Chris about my ticket. Literally, within one minute of hitting submit, Chris called me about my ticket. It was so easy. Didn't have to go to his office. Didn't have to go to court. The price was reasonable. Got an email when it was taken care of and also saw on Case Net it was taken care of. Couldn't have been easier and 100% legit. Thank you! I recently received a speeding ticket for 17 over the posted speed limit and never actually got my physical copy of the ticket in the mail (the officer issuing the ticket said his "printer was broken" but whatever that's a whole different thing); when I contacted speedingticketkc I explained that at the time all I had was a ticket number off of Casenet. Christopher Simons was very prompt in his responses to me, telling me that a ticket number was perfect. All of this correspondence was done via email within the span of one day, along with payment confirmation. I was then emailed soon after my court date explaining that they had successfully gotten my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation and also sent me a digital receipt.TLDR; Very prompt, professional services that provided the exact results you'd expect with zero hiccups. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I get another speeding ticket I definitely will.

Horrible. 0 stars if I could, they forgot to show up to my court date TWICE. Took $600 from me and I was issued a warrant. I had to call 5 times to get an answer. They promised a full refund and to fix their mistake. Luckily the warrant for the minor speeding ticket was resolved I was not refunded as promised and I had to miss 2 days of work for this. Wasted my time and money. Horrible place, go elsewhere they could care less about their clients

My father has dementia, his truck keys we thought were well hidden. My family was in the process of selling his truck, apparently we were not quick or clever enough. He found the keys, went for a drive, which resulted in a Silver Alert, and ended in a fender bender. He was so confused, thinking people were trying to hurt him, he left the scene. He actually made it home, and things developed from there. He received several tickets, which is where Speeding Ticket KC comes into the picture. I felt I needed someone to present his case as yes he was responsible, he still had insurance, & we would make the other party whole. The caveat was and is his dementia, the police at the scene and the other party did not fully understand his mental capacity. He was facing possible jail time. Speeding Ticket KC could not have been better, they were very kind and empathetic. He did not even have to go to court, charges were reduced to a small fine. The other party also reached out to check on my father, so much kindness from strangers. My father shortly after this suffered two strokes, so my family naturally continues to face some challenges. Could be more efficient, they weren’t horrible! They did not pay attention to their emails and they almost got me a violation for my probation causing me to almost have to go to court and prove I did not try to avoid the ticket. I also had to call on many occasions to make sure everything was caught up & majority of the time it was not. I also know many other people who had other lawyers who didn’t have to pay nearly as much as I did nor did they have to do 1/2 the things.

Chris was awesome. This was a first for me in needing to get a lawyer for a speeding ticket, and he made the process so easy. I didn't have to go to court, didn't even have to meet up with Chris in person. Everything was handled online and in a timely manner.I also want to mention that in addition to this being a first, I also am a little bit of a control freak - I had a LOT of questions. No matter how many questions I had, or how often I emailed Chris, he was quick to respond and answer anything I wasn't sure about. Super responsive and was able to successfully amend a speeding ticket to a non-moving violation. While the violation settlement was a bit more than the speeding ticket fine, in the long run it will save money by avoiding insurance premium increases. So all in all, a fantastic deal.

Got a speeding ticket the day after Christmas. Didn't want the points on my license so I gave Mr.simons a call. He asked me a few questions about the ticket, where, when, how fast over speed limit and then gave me a quote. I agreed to price and paid online and sent a screen shot of ticket to him. Didn't have to go to court or anything else. Next time I heard from the lawyer, my ticket was amended down to a non moving violation for defective equipment. No points on my license and no raised insurance. Great news, i highly recommend Mr. Simons for handling your tickets.

Guy seem kind of rude, and talk to me like I was already guilty which is not the due process. When I go to an attorney I expect someone to see things from my point of view, not be to take me on as if they're the prosecutor coming down on me. Not the prosecutor who forgot to tell it to the judge, not to me, because that is offensive and who I talk to over the phone seemed offensive. Making statements that we're not true seemingly testing me, which arbitrary testing is unreasonable something we don't expect in a courtroom or tolerate.We the people, Wesley Allen Weller

Great guys to work with. I always wait until the last minute to do everything and this ticket was no exception. I've used them in the past and there was no question about who I would choose to take care of it again. I called them the day before I had court and was a bit worried I had waited so long.
