I never went AWOL, I spent 2 weeks in Texas county jail then transported to Fort Knox for 90 days and was given a bus ticket home. I went through what I thought was a court martial but I contacted jag HQ, I was told that they had turned down my court martial. The reason for my contacting, jag was I got a DD214 with someone else name I am a dessert shield/storm veteran my records of 18 plus years at that time is missing
