What should I do now?

A former classmate (did not contact for 10 years) in China contacted me and asked for help to received the returned cameras he sold on Amazon to temperately store them in my garage. A company and their attorney thought me as the seller based on the return address, and sent me a letter claiming the camera infringes their patent. I called the attorney and explained I am not the seller at all but I refused to tell them who is the seller. Recently I received the summons and complains against my classmate’s Amazon account but put me as the owner of that account.

Get yourself an attorney and do not accept goods from friends out of the blue. You need to provide proof that you are not the owner of the account and hopefully you saved the messages from your friend.
