I needed a lawyer to amend my speeding ticket at an affordable price. Mr Simons listing on Google came up near the top, so I had a look. He had nothing but 5-star positive reviews, and one reviewer mentioned he didn't have to leave his house to have his ticket amended. I don't have reliable transportation, so I was sold. Alright, I can't express enough gratitude to Richard Christopher Simons for his fascinating and incredible job he did so bare with me this is the story of my ticket (please bare with my long story and my English :) I had an appointment with the airforce recruiter to leavenworth on one of the stop signs this truck is in front of me and while I'm looking for traffic I felt something bumped into me when I checked the guy for some reason he put reverse and hit the car so I came down and saw the my car was damaged and his was only a scratch (my car was VW golf) it's a small car so after him talking to me I agreed to let him go because the appointment was more important than this damage so after two miles he pulls me over and say I'll call the cops and so he did the officer see me (Middle Eastern) and he asks me do you have a license even that was odd he asked the other guy what happen and then he lied said that it was my fault and no matter what I said to the officer he didn't listen at all and in the end puts the fault on me with a careless driving ticket and then as I was very new in this country I got very scared and started to look up for a lawyer and that's where this amazing lawyer represented me and after several months of back and forth with the court that he never bothered me with I got a non moving violation and that made my year when I thought just because of my name and race I get convected hopefully I will be back to my process for airforce and all the thanks to Richard Christopher Simons. I had never had to hire a lawyer before and was very nervous about it. Also, kind of forgot about them and left everything to the last minute, but Christopher is the best, set my mind at ease and took care of EVERYTHING! I didn’t even have to take off work to go to court. He helped get my speeding ticket reduced to a non moviving violation and seat belt ticket dismissed. I would highly recommend him.

I thought I forgot about my court date. I called Chris to have the warrant lifted. It was a very simple solution, I just forgot to pay my online fine. Chris was honest and told me that all I had to do was pay the online fee. He promptly returned my money. He could have told me otherwise and I never would have known better. If you find yourself needing a traffic lawyer (which is unfortunate) these people are pretty good at it (which is fortunate). They were able to help me for a low cost and were very quick. I never had to leave the house, since most everything was handled by email.

Put Christopher’s number in your phone. If you end up in a situation where you need a lawyer, make him your first call. If he isn’t able to assist you, trust that he can get you in touch with the best person to handle your situation or even handle it himself for you through other sources. Although he specializes in traffic, he is quite capable of helping with many other issues that may arise.

He took care of my 21mph over speeding ticket and got it reduced for me so that i didn’t get any points on my license my insurance wouldn’t go up. He is a great lawyer and i definitely recommend him. I will definitely use him again if i get anymore traffic tickets.

I was late to work and got a speeding ticket ( worse day ever!) Now i had to worry about being late and havin a speeding ticket to deal with. Attorney Richard “Chris” Simons took care of my speeding ticket fast and painlessly. All correspondence was done via email except his initial call to me after I contacted him online. So, I didn’t even have to take the time to go to his office. He called and explained everything by phone and then the rest was through email which was great. He was very fast to respond to any questions I sent him through email. His fee was $75 as advertised which is super cheap! You still have to pay court fees and fines to the court ( which you would have to pay for with any attorney) but he has a great website that you can pay it all together online. I was a bit skeptical of doing it all online but he is legit. When he notified me that the ticket was reduced to a non moving violation He also sent a copy of a paid receipt via email and I later called the court just to make sure it was indeed all taken care of and it was. I am so glad I chose him to represent me. From first contact to last it took only 2 weeks and now I don’t have to worry about this ticket anymore. Hopefully i dont have another speeding ticket but at least i know who i can trust to handle it for me if I do. Hire Chris to represent you!!! Trust me you will be so glad you did!!!

He was very kind, understanding, trustworthy, and efficient in resolving this problem for me successfully. Chris handled my ticket in a timely fashion and made the process very simple. I opted to drop off my ticket and money at his house, but electronic pay is also available and you can scan/email your ticket if necessary. The fine came out to be a little higher than his original quote but he stuck to the original quote and ate the additional fee.
After the ticket was handled he emailed me a copy of the court receipt showing the total fine paid. Hire Chris for no-nonsense handling of your traffic ticket.

On February 2, 2016 I received a speeding ticket in Kansas City, MO. I was go lucky as the first person I contacted was Richard Christopher Simons, Speeding Ticket KC. I completed the form on a Friday night. The very next Sunday night within 48 hour I received a phone call from Chris. He took the time to explain the progress and procedures and we started the process. I could not believe how simple this was. Chris was able to negotiate my speeding ticket down to a non-moving violation and the cost was significantly less then what I had expected. Still, I wish I had paid more attention to my speed, But Chris was able to lower my fine to the almost original fine, and I will have no moving violation on my record.
