Am I obligated to pay my husband college tuition back that he paid for me if we get divorced?

I have been married for 6 years now. I started going to college after I got married. My husband paid for all my tuition now he wants $52,000 if I am going to divorce him. I think this is unreasonable, can he make me pay him the college tuition when we never agreed in the beginning that I will repay him?

This will be left up to the judge or your separation agreement. Many states have shown when someone supports someone through school they are entitled to alimony from it or some amount of equity. You need to hire a great divorce attorney.
