Was told that the government can make a law against me that I had to cause bodily harm to other individual first but in a court of law that I could stand in front of a judge and not be able to have my charges brought up but it support of be a new law out against me and if not I’m a fugitive. So my question is can the government legally have a new law out against an individual and in a court of law legally act like they know nothing about the law.
