Violating Unsupervised Probation

What punishment for violating unsupervised probation for traffic tickets
I have a court date coming up tomorrow and it’s for probation violation for driving on suspended and no insurance,I haven’t committed any new offenses just haven’t been able to go get my driver license being I don’t even drive anymore for about 2 years now and have no one’s car to even take the test in, I’m scared to even go to court out of fear of going to jail,I never miss court,I just don’t know what to do

Criminal Defense Lawyer Justin Hunt’s Answer
The judge can revoke your probation and place you in jail. You need to contact a local attorney, immediately. I will say that, 9 times out of 10, if you get yourself back into compliance the judge will go easy on you, but I cannot guarantee that in any situation. Find a friend with a car and take the test.
