What is the statute of limitations on traffic tickets in commercial vehicle in Arizona?
My son received 5 misdemeanor tickets in Arizona in 2004. He forfeited bond because he was told it would cover his fines and we live 15hrs from Arizona. He no longer has CDL but they have been holding his drivers license since then. What do we need to do to resolve this because Mo will not issue him a license to drive.
