Can I take my husband to court to make him pay alimony and child support?

I am legally disabled and newly pregnant. Since finding out, my marriage is falling apart badly. We are trying to work it out but it is a possibility for us to split. My husband has informed me if our marriage does not work out, he wants nothing to do with me or the child and he will fight to give me full rights and never pay alimony or child support.

Yes you can, it is called a divorce. He can fight all he wants but, termination of parental rights is one of the courts most extreme remedies. These kinds of threats are stated pre-divorce, he is full of crap and has no leg to stand on.

I’m very pleased with my experience overall. Not only did they save me from points and potential CDL issues, but they also managed to secure a lower fine than expected, refunding me the difference. I’d definitely recommend them without hesitation.The only minor issue I encountered was around communication. After filling out the initial questionnaire and paying, I didn’t hear back unless I reached out first. While they were prompt and helpful when I did contact them, I’d appreciate a bit more proactive communication—perhaps an update before the court date and a follow-up after the case is settled.Aside from that, it was a very positive experience, and I still highly recommend them!

I've had a few speeding tickets and they handled each one. One even required a quick response and they showed up in the clutch. I didn't have to go into the office, didn't have to meet with them, and didn't have to get them on the phone. I recently received a speeding ticket for 17 over the posted speed limit and never actually got my physical copy of the ticket in the mail (the officer issuing the ticket said his "printer was broken" but whatever that's a whole different thing); when I contacted speedingticketkc I explained that at the time all I had was a ticket number off of Casenet. Christopher Simons was very prompt in his responses to me, telling me that a ticket number was perfect. All of this correspondence was done via email within the span of one day, along with payment confirmation. I was then emailed soon after my court date explaining that they had successfully gotten my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation and also sent me a digital receipt.TLDR; Very prompt, professional services that provided the exact results you'd expect with zero hiccups. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I get another speeding ticket I definitely will.

Horrible. 0 stars if I could, they forgot to show up to my court date TWICE. Took $600 from me and I was issued a warrant. I had to call 5 times to get an answer. They promised a full refund and to fix their mistake. Luckily the warrant for the minor speeding ticket was resolved I was not refunded as promised and I had to miss 2 days of work for this. Wasted my time and money. Horrible place, go elsewhere they could care less about their clients
