Duty to warn trespassers question

I broke into my friends house and took a couple of thousand of cash (he wasn’t entitled to it because hes a drug dealer so its not really theft then I took some of his “coke” (hes not entitled to it because its illegal so its not really theft) and I then home and injected it because my brain was programmed to do that (it is a strange thing I cant control myself its genetic my father was the same). it turns that it wasn’t coke but it was 2c-e and I spent a week in the hospital and I have over $100,000 in hospital bills.

can I sue my friends homeowners insurance because he didn’t warn me even though I trespassed that it wasn’t coke but it was 2c-e? I also want 1 million dollars in punitive damages. is that possible given his egregious behavior. he placed the 2c-e where he normally puts the coke he sells.

Traffic Richard Simon’s Answer

If you can find a lawyer to take this case, notify the attorneys on avvo, I want to read the complaint.

Speeding Ticket KC

Ready to clean up your Missouri driving record?

We serve drivers across the entire KC metro — Jackson, Clay, Platte, Cass, and Johnson counties. You do not need to appear in court or visit the DOR in person. We handle everything remotely.

Call (816) 398-8772 or use the contact form on this page for a free consultation. We will review your full driving record, tell you exactly what can be removed, and give you a flat-fee quote before you decide anything.

If your ticket is recent and you have not yet been convicted, we may be able to fight it in court before it ever reaches your record — which is always the better outcome when that option is still available.

Driving Record Analysis

We pull your Missouri driving record and review it in detail, noting any suspended license issues, outstanding tickets, or points that may be eligible for removal. We send you a copy of the record with analysis of what is on it.

Ticket Removal & Purge

We have the original ticket set aside by the court and amended to a non-moving violation. For older tickets (3+ years), we contact the Department of Revenue and have them purged from your record.
