I was assaulted by a female and she initiated the fight, I fought back because it’s self defense and I have it on video. The next day someone popped the tires on her car and she’s accusing me of doing it but, she doesn’t have any evidence. Can she press charges on me? She’s trying to make me pay for the tires but, I didn’t do it. She wants to press vandalism charges and I want to press assault charges.
