Auto dealer did tire rotation and one wheel all 5 lug nuts was lose

Hello! just want to know if there is any way to request video recording from auto dealership because i get there for an oil change and tire rotation. Drove home with my mother 70-80 mph. Came home and want to make sure all lug nuts was tighten. One wheel with 5 lug nuts was lose and all of them. Usually one or 2 they dont do it but this time all 5
