due to financial obligations im not able to afford an attorney, so im currently representing myself in the mo courts to convert my legal separation into a divorce. i was told i needed to file a motion for paternity & one to be put back on my husband’s insurance, as i was removed during my pregnancy. the self representing website/forms arent really person friendly when you dont have a clue what your doing. if i dont get it right this time, im under the impression all issues will be dismissed & the case will be closed.
