Last night I was given a parking ticket outside my apartment building. There is a sign downaways from the handicap spot I parked in that says no parking from 2am to 6am, but I have a handicap sticker in my window, should I have been given a ticket if I was there in that spot in case of an emergency where my wife is handicapped

Pay the fine and move on with your life. If you have a ton of time on your hand you can plead to the judge and ask for leniency, but will most likely pay the ticket anyway. What is your time worth?
