I needed help with a speeding ticket last minute in another state. I googled traffic attorneys & this is the 3rd place I called. Not only were they BY FAR the cheapest, but they were able to get me a continuance the same day I called ( the day I was supposed to appear) I never had to show up to court & they got my speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation. I’m very pleased with my experience overall. Not only did they save me from points and potential CDL issues, but they also managed to secure a lower fine than expected, refunding me the difference. I’d definitely recommend them without hesitation.

The only minor issue I encountered was around communication. After filling out the initial questionnaire and paying, I didn’t hear back unless I reached out first. While they were prompt and helpful when I did contact them, I’d appreciate a bit more proactive communication—perhaps an update before the court date and a follow-up after the case is settled.

Aside from that, it was a very positive experience, and I still highly recommend them!

Called the number online and did not get an answer so I filled out the online contact report. Within minutes Chris called me back, explained the process to me, the cost, and sent me the link to fill everything out. It simply took minutes of my time and he quickly responded that he would get my ticket taken care of. I got a speeding ticket last year on the 4th of July. Yipe. What a way to have a great holiday. My son had told me he got a speeding ticket taken care of online. I recently received a speeding ticket for 17 over the posted speed limit and never actually got my physical copy of the ticket in the mail (the officer issuing the ticket said his "printer was broken" but whatever that's a whole different thing); when I contacted speedingticketkc I explained that at the time all I had was a ticket number off of Casenet. Christopher Simons was very prompt in his responses to me, telling me that a ticket number was perfect. All of this correspondence was done via email within the span of one day, along with payment confirmation. I was then emailed soon after my court date explaining that they had successfully gotten my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation and also sent me a digital receipt.
TLDR; Very prompt, professional services that provided the exact results you'd expect with zero hiccups. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I get another speeding ticket I definitely will.

Horrible. 0 stars if I could, they forgot to show up to my court date TWICE. Took $600 from me and I was issued a warrant. I had to call 5 times to get an answer. They promised a full refund and to fix their mistake. Luckily the warrant for the minor speeding ticket was resolved I was not refunded as promised and I had to miss 2 days of work for this. My father has dementia, his truck keys we thought were well hidden. My family was in the process of selling his truck, apparently we were not quick or clever enough. He found the keys, went for a drive, which resulted in a Silver Alert, and ended in a fender bender. He was so confused, thinking people were trying to hurt him, he left the scene. He actually made it home, and things developed from there. He received several tickets, which is where Speeding Ticket KC comes into the picture. I felt I needed someone to present his case as yes he was responsible, he still had insurance, & we would make the other party whole. The caveat was and is his dementia, the police at the scene and the other party did not fully understand his mental capacity. He was facing possible jail time. The other party also reached out to check on my father, so much kindness from strangers. My father shortly after this suffered two strokes, so my family naturally continues to face some challenges. Could be more efficient, they weren’t horrible! They did not pay attention to their emails and they almost got me a violation for my probation causing me to almost have to go to court and prove I did not try to avoid the ticket. Guy seem kind of rude, and talk to me like I was already guilty which is not the due process. When I go to an attorney I expect someone to see things from my point of view, not be to take me on as if they're the prosecutor coming down on me. Not the prosecutor who forgot to tell it to the judge, not to me, because that is offensive and who I talk to over the phone seemed offensive. Making statements that we're not true seemingly testing me, which arbitrary testing is unreasonable something we don't expect in a courtroom or tolerate.

I highly recommend not speeding, but if you are like me and not used to driving a new car that runs so smooth you it doesn’t seem like you are driving that fast at all, then you need to call these guys.

I live out of town and got a ticket for speeding just leaving the city. Chris is hands down the best traffic lawyer in KC. I've had a few minor traffic violations and he took care of every single one of my ticket. His fees are very reasonable, charges about half of what other traffic lawyers charge here in KC. I've referred my friends and family to him and he's taken care every single one of them.
He has made himself available for all the questions I have and always answers my questions promptly.

This past summer, I was stopped for a minor violation. The officer could have very easily given a warning, but chose not to, even thought I was courteous and have a totally clean driving record. I work long hours and cannot take any time off work for court or anything like that. A friend told me to get an attorney, which is correct advice. You don't want points on your record. I found R. Christopher Simons Esq. telephone and gave his office a call. He was in court, but never-the-less called me back right away. He had me complete documentation electronically, and I sent a photo of the ticket. He was very reasonable in his fee structure. I paid him electronically and my ticket was amended to a non-moving violation. BRAVO. Thank you for your time & patience. These things are a virtue and hard to find these days.

i've used this agency two times now, i think for three speeding tickets, once in 2019, and other might have been in 2014 or 2015. (mental guess.) I ask for a recommendation on a Facebook Community Page for a reasonably priced attorney to handle a speeding ticket and several people posted a link to this site. Without hesitation, I filled out the information page and received contacts in less than five minutes. I took care of payment and submitting a copy of my ticket from the comfort of my own home. I also received multiple emails before and after my court date, keeping me UTD on the status.

I am updating my review because Mr Simons has helped me with two more tickets since I received my initial one. One was from speeding, and another from accidentally running a stop sign. He took care of all three of my tickets very quickly(within days) and smoothly! I am a college student with a busy schedule, and I didn’t even have to worry about a thing. He was super helpful and very personable, and even still when I accidentally kept misspelling his name! Mr. Simons did a fantastic job in reducing my construction zone speeding ticket to faulty equipment. Although the officer didn't mark the ticket as construction zone, he did make note of it in the notes area on the ticket. Multiple lawyers said my ticket cost would likely be twice the amount that Mr. Simons was able to get it down to.
