Can I get my license back early, so that I can move on with my life? I need a license to advance in my career.

I have three dui convictions in Alabama. I refused to submit to a chemical test for the last two. I was unaware that my first refusal added an additional year to the tail end of my original suspension, and that my second refusal added another three years on top of that. The initial suspensions have lapsed. My license is now in a revoked status. Can I go before a review board or perhaps write the judge who convicted me, in an attempt to get a release so that I may at least obtain a hardship license in Tennessee? All jail time has been served and zero fines remain.

You may file an appeal with the board but you need to find out how long your license is suspended for.
