Is it possible to sue a landlord for ownership of a small parcel of land in which your house sits ??
Bought the house 15yrs ago.. (from realtor) Many, many circumstances where they’ve harassed me.. Asked about lease to property when bought it to the owner and was told that I didn’t need one, as was other homeowners were told also. Now they send rent check back followed by a week after a letter saying my lease is up and not being renewed….. They did so many tings to threaten and physical damage my living to push me out , but I cant afford to move my place, let alone buy property to move it to. 9-10 other houses and they don’t have to move.
