My son was pulled over by an officer. My son didn’t see a safe place to pull over so he pulled into a parking lot and pulled over. The officer gave him a ticket for speeding and then gave him another ticket for parking next to a handicap parking sign. My son was clearly not trying to park in handicap parking and didn’t even notice the sign when he was trying to find a place to pull over once the officer signaled him.
