What are my legal rights for getting my items out of our house?

I left my husband and our home on 3/28, at that time I removed personal belongings (clothing, personal electronics, toiletrees, financial paperwork and personal memories). My husband has demanded that I not enter the house or property without his consent (the house is entirely in my name but bought during our marriage). I have respected his wishes, but he is now threatening to throw out all remaining items of mine in the house stating that I “abandoned” the house. What are my rights for entering the property, safely, calmly and legally?

Hire a lawyer, file for divorce and get an injunction. This man is screwing with your life and about to mess up your stuff. Time to bring out the lawyer and stop him.
