What options do I have?

My husband is constantly telling me he doesn’t want me but will not get a divorce however I want one. He hides things from me and lies to me. He doesn’t spend time with me or the kids and tells me our marriage was a mistake.

I got a speeding ticket last year on the 4th of July. Yipe. What a way to have a great holiday. My son had told me he got a speeding ticket taken care of online. I remember thinking, well that sounds shady. I pictured a shady call center who took your money and you thought the ticket was taken care of, but it really wasn't. I recently received a speeding ticket for 17 over the posted speed limit and never actually got my physical copy of the ticket in the mail (the officer issuing the ticket said his "printer was broken" but whatever that's a whole different thing); when I contacted speedingticketkc I explained that at the time all I had was a ticket number off of Casenet. Christopher Simons was very prompt in his responses to me, telling me that a ticket number was perfect. All of this correspondence was done via email within the span of one day, along with payment confirmation. Horrible. 0 stars if I could, they forgot to show up to my court date TWICE. Took $600 from me and I was issued a warrant. I had to call 5 times to get an answer. They promised a full refund and to fix their mistake. Luckily the warrant for the minor speeding ticket was resolved I was not refunded as promised and I had to miss 2 days of work for this. Wasted my time and money. Horrible place, go elsewhere they could care less about their clients

My father has dementia, his truck keys we thought were well hidden. My family was in the process of selling his truck, apparently we were not quick or clever enough. He found the keys, went for a drive, which resulted in a Silver Alert, and ended in a fender bender. He was so confused, thinking people were trying to hurt him, he left the scene. He actually made it home, and things developed from there. He received several tickets, which is where Speeding Ticket KC comes into the picture. I felt I needed someone to present his case as yes he was responsible, he still had insurance, & we would make the other party whole. The caveat was and is his dementia, the police at the scene and the other party did not fully understand his mental capacity. He was facing possible jail time. Speeding Ticket KC could not have been better, they were very kind and empathetic. He did not even have to go to court, charges were reduced to a small fine. The other party also reached out to check on my father, so much kindness from strangers. My father shortly after this suffered two strokes, so my family naturally continues to face some challenges. Could be more efficient, they weren’t horrible! They did not pay attention to their emails and they almost got me a violation for my probation causing me to almost have to go to court and prove I did not try to avoid the ticket. I also had to call on many occasions to make sure everything was caught up & majority of the time it was not. I also know many other people who had other lawyers who didn’t have to pay nearly as much as I did nor did they have to do 1/2 the things.

Got a speeding ticket the day after Christmas. Didn't want the points on my license so I gave Mr.simons a call. He asked me a few questions about the ticket, where, when, how fast over speed limit and then gave me a quote. I agreed to price and paid online and sent a screen shot of ticket to him. Didn't have to go to court or anything else. Next time I heard from the lawyer, my ticket was amended down to a non moving violation for defective equipment. Guy seem kind of rude, and talk to me like I was already guilty which is not the due process. When I go to an attorney I expect someone to see things from my point of view, not be to take me on as if they're the prosecutor coming down on me. Not the prosecutor who forgot to tell it to the judge, not to me, because that is offensive and who I talk to over the phone seemed offensive. Great guys to work with. I always wait until the last minute to do everything and this ticket was no exception. I've used them in the past and there was no question about who I would choose to take care of it again. I called them the day before I had court and was a bit worried I had waited so long.
