What options do we have now? Should we fight this?
I have a friend who was incarcerated for a felony, don’t know what exactly or how many charges. He was seventeen at the time and made some terrible choices. He got sentenced to four years but was going to be released on good behavior after two years but that didn’t happen due to his visa expiring while he was serving his time, ICE got involved, he might be facing deportation if he can’t prove he deserves a second chance. Is there any thing we can do? Is there any possibility he could win the case?

There is always a chance if you choose to fight it. Immigration is pretty tough law and judges are given some discretion. He is not in best position, but could be a lot worse.
