What rights do I have as a student to dispute this?

My school (CCAC in Monroeville, PA) just gave me notice (March 30, 2016) saying I was dropped from an online course for not attending. The course started on March 14 and nothing is due until May 4th. The notice also stated I will not receive a refund for the dropped class.

I’m very pleased with my experience overall. Not only did they save me from points and potential CDL issues, but they also managed to secure a lower fine than expected, refunding me the difference. I’d definitely recommend them without hesitation.The only minor issue I encountered was around communication. After filling out the initial questionnaire and paying, I didn’t hear back unless I reached out first. While they were prompt and helpful when I did contact them, I’d appreciate a bit more proactive communication—perhaps an update before the court date and a follow-up after the case is settled.Aside from that, it was a very positive experience, and I still highly recommend them!

Called the number online and did not get an answer so I filled out the online contact report. I got a speeding ticket last year on the 4th of July. Yipe. What a way to have a great holiday. My son had told me he got a speeding ticket taken care of online. I recently received a speeding ticket for 17 over the posted speed limit and never actually got my physical copy of the ticket in the mail (the officer issuing the ticket said his "printer was broken" but whatever that's a whole different thing); when I contacted speedingticketkc I explained that at the time all I had was a ticket number off of Casenet. Christopher Simons was very prompt in his responses to me, telling me that a ticket number was perfect. All of this correspondence was done via email within the span of one day, along with payment confirmation. I was then emailed soon after my court date explaining that they had successfully gotten my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation and also sent me a digital receipt.TLDR; Very prompt, professional services that provided the exact results you'd expect with zero hiccups. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I get another speeding ticket I definitely will.

Horrible. 0 stars if I could, they forgot to show up to my court date TWICE. Took $600 from me and I was issued a warrant. I had to call 5 times to get an answer. They promised a full refund and to fix their mistake. Luckily the warrant for the minor speeding ticket was resolved I was not refunded as promised and I had to miss 2 days of work for this. Wasted my time and money. Horrible place, go elsewhere they could care less about their clients

My father has dementia, his truck keys we thought were well hidden. My family was in the process of selling his truck, apparently we were not quick or clever enough. He found the keys, went for a drive, which resulted in a Silver Alert, and ended in a fender bender. He was so confused, thinking people were trying to hurt him, he left the scene. He actually made it home, and things developed from there. He received several tickets, which is where Speeding Ticket KC comes into the picture. I felt I needed someone to present his case as yes he was responsible, he still had insurance, & we would make the other party whole. The caveat was and is his dementia, the police at the scene and the other party did not fully understand his mental capacity. He was facing possible jail time. Speeding Ticket KC could not have been better, they were very kind and empathetic. He did not even have to go to court, charges were reduced to a small fine. The other party also reached out to check on my father, so much kindness from strangers. My father shortly after this suffered two strokes, so my family naturally continues to face some challenges.
