Am i lleagally aloud to request where the surporrt is being spent and request proof of it
my mother has guardianship of both my children. biological father pays child surport faithfully each month. i do not because i know my mother and i know where it goes. she has had my kids for 3 years and ive only paid when ive had to i know i will end up paying it regardless but want proof that its being spent toward my kids and their needs not hers. i know that there is a broad range when it comes to this like housing water electric clothes food all that i just want to make sure she not using it for herself to pay for example vet bills she has because thoise are her animals not my kids and my kids dont inact with thoose animals either
