When they go to close his case will it be revoked?

My friend is currently has an SIS on a 3rd Degree domestic assault charge. He was given two years probation and had to complete the mend class which he did and was told to not break the law and report all arrests within 48 hours. He was picked up for driving with a revoked/ suspended license and felony drug charges Felony C in Missouri and arrested twice. So far his probation has not been revoked. We are trying to get him to all and report the incidents, but he feels that they will not do anything and that his probation will end in August with no issues.

Traffic Lawyer Richard Simon’s Answer

It seems like your friend is well on his way to revocation. Your friend needs to hire a good attorney to take care of matters.
