States attorney investigator was trying to serve me. I was not served. Case is dismissed. A week ago he was threatening me that I would do 180 days as it states on my probation stayed 180 days. But no where does it say I have to testify. He also called my probation and told her to put pressure on me so she called and left a message, said call me back right away. She also called the next day and did not leave a message. It has been a week. Investigator told my dad he knew I was working out of state. He also most likely informed my po but as of now there is no ptr or hold.

Unfortunately the decision to revoke your probation is always left up to the judge and some probation officers will find ways to report a violation, even if made up, you need a good attorney and keep yourself on the straight and narrow.
