What's my recourse with a bogus following too close with accident ticket? Can this be…
What recourse to do I have for timely submission and ending threats.

Divorced father of 2, all parties live in Washington. As a part of our agreement, I am responsible for a portion of co-pays, deductibles and non-covered expenses. For third year, ex-spouse has delivered months of expenses after 4/15. This has forced me to lose pre-tax health care set asides and from deducting on taxes, unless I want to re-file. Additionally, for third time, she has demanded I pay up in 30 days or has threatened to turn me into State (has done so twice, each time with no penalty from State).

You have very little recourse unless you would like to spend money on an attorney. Also her turning you into the state is BS but they deal with this crap all of the time. I would brush it off and move on or hire an attorney and change your parenting plan.
